Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and other related matters.

Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are despatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to it. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 working days) £4.50

Express Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day) £5.50

Super Express Shipping: Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm next day £14.00. Order must be received by 2pm.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £60

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. For International deliveries, please get in touch with us to arrange

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed, please contact us at info@puddlesandposie.co.uk. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Puddles & Posie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon enquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@puddlesandposie.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
