Returns Policy
At Puddles & Posie, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process. Please read our returns policy below:
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. In its original packaging with all tags attached. Returned within 14 days of the date you received the item. Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-priced items, provided they meet the requirements above and are returned within the 14-day return period.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
• Items that are damaged through misuse or improper care.
• Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at info@puddlesandposie.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. Approval: Wait for a return authorisation email from us. This email will contain further instructions on how to return your item
3. Shipping: Send the items back to us within 14 days of receiving your authorisation email. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at info@puddlesandposie.co.uk. We will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. Please include your order number and detail of the item you wish to exchange for.
Damaged or Defective Items
We ensure each order is inspected before shipping. In the event of damage, defects, or incorrect items, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your item along with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
